How we keep what you tell us.

SecretGarden is a small wedding atelier. When you write to us, the only thing we promise — beyond the photographs — is that what you share will be kept quietly. This page describes, in plain language, what we collect and what we don't.

SecretGarden 是一间小小的婚礼工坊。除了照片以外，我们能给的另一件事是：你交给我们的信息，会被悄悄地照看。下面是关于这件事的说明，尽量讲清楚。

01What we collect · 我们收集的

• The name, email and (if you give it) phone number you write into the inquiry form on booking.html.
• The story you tell us — wedding date, venue, package interest, how you found us.
• Basic technical logs (IP, browser, referring URL) — to keep the site safe and to know if it's loading.
• Newsletter email, if you choose to subscribe.

02What we don't · 我们不收集的

• Tracking cookies for advertising. We don't run ads.
• Third-party analytics that profile visitors across the web.
• Payment card numbers — when you book a date, payments go through a separate banking processor; we never see card data.

03How we use what you tell us · 用途

• To write you back, by hand, within 48 hours.
• To plan and deliver the photography / decoration / atelier service you booked.
• To send you the quarterly newsletter — but only if you subscribed.
• Never to sell, lease, or share your information with third parties.

04Photographs · 照片

Photographs from your wedding remain yours and ours — held jointly. We may use selected images in our portfolio, journal, or Instagram, only after you agree in writing. If at any point you'd like a photograph removed from the public site, write to us and we will take it down within 7 days.

If you ask us, at the time of booking, to keep everything private — we keep everything private. No exceptions.

05How long we keep things · 保留期限

• Inquiry messages: 24 months, then deleted.
• Booked-client files (contracts, deliverables, raw images): 7 years.
• Newsletter list: until you unsubscribe.

06Your rights · 你的权利

You can write to us at any time and ask to (a) see what we have on you, (b) correct it, or (c) have it deleted. We reply within 14 days. We honour requests from any jurisdiction — GDPR, CCPA, PIPL — without paperwork.

07Cookies · 网页 cookie

This site uses one cookie — a session cookie that remembers the booking form draft you started, so you don't lose your text on accidental refresh. It expires when you close the tab. No tracking, no analytics, no advertising cookies.
